Which form should I submit if I want to contact the Yes Legal team and request assistance?

On our website, we have four forms available for our Program members to submit whenever they want to communicate with the Yes Legal team and request assistance:

1. After creating an account here, this is my first time requesting assistance.
2. After creating an account here, this is my second or subsequent time requesting assistance.
3. I support education entrepreneurs through my work and want to connect them with your team.
4. I want to report a website issue. 

You can submit the "After creating an account here, this is my first time requesting assistance." form if it is your first time sending a request form for assistance right after creating an account on this website for the Edupreneur Support Program (ESP). By filling out this form, you will provide all the necessary information for the Yes Legal team to understand your current situation before they reach back out to you. 

You can submit the "After creating an account here, this is my second or subsequent time requesting assistance." form if you have already previously sent the "After creating an account here, this is my first time requesting assistance." form and you need to contact the Yes Legal team for additional assistance. 

You can submit the "I support education entrepreneurs" form if you are currently an Education Entrepreneur who is a leader figure in your community and you want to become a part of the Edupreneur Support Program (ESP) to act as a liaison between you and the education entrepreneurs you support. 

Lastly, you can submit the "I want to report a website issue" if you are having trouble operating this website.
